I found the car I want online.I chatted and made an appointment. I thought I have to go to Redwood city Enterprise. Daniel Hall from Stevencreek Enterprise called me and he said he would brought the car to Stevencreek, which is closer to our home.
On the appointment day,when Daniel called ,I thought I could not make it.But,later that day we arrived to Stevencreek Enterprise without calling Daniel.
When we arrived, Kelsey Mayers came to help us,said that Deniel was busy helping customer .
We are very satisfied and please with her help and her finance manager Oma.
Very knowledgeable and no pressure.
Enterprise's non negotiating price and no extra added fees.

The sale process was great! Our salesman explained the way they do the process and transaction. We had in mind two vehicles to check out and test drive but actually was convinced with the vehicle the salesman showed us better price within my budget, better miles per gallon, better interior space, and nice color. I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. I recently went there to test drive a car. Unfortunately, the car was sold before I arrived, but that's life, it happens. However, Francisco, the seller I was dealing with, went above and beyond to understand my needs from the car, what I was interested in, and any deal breakers that would stop me from buying a car. With all this information, he suggested quite a few different cars that were all very appealing, and I liked all of them. On top of that, he and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and patient. It was my first time looking at cars and they were happy to let me test drive a couple on the spot. I really appreciated how much support they offered me. I recommend Enterprise to anyone who's looking to buy a car, you'll have a great experience. Sidenote, they also have the best included warranty I found.
I recently purchased a car here, and the experience and customer service from Kelsey was incredible! Kelsey was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was able to answer all of my questions. She was also very patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and even followed up with me after the sale to make sure everything was going well. The most Luke wam car buying experience I’ve ever had! Aaron is the worst customer care rep I’ve ever experienced! The manager Baby was helpful and she knew what she was doing down to a science! The sales team wasn’t inviting nor were very hands on Aaron kind of made me feel unwelcome. I enjoyed working with baby and Milan was absolutely amazing! They should hire more staff like her! She identified with me asked a question and had the upmost empathy for me! That’s amazing customer care as I work in customer care as well. Milan is absolutely Amazing! Baby worked with me best she could! It’s not a bad place to buy a car!
The customer service is excellent at Enterprise! No pressure and the nicest people! Trevor was amazing a helped set everything up for us - making it easy! Then Omar was an asset to Enterprise as well, backing Trevor up and helping us with everything! They both were patient and understood I needed to weigh my options when it came to making a big purchase like this.
